The Unstable Gallery really started as the Stables Gallery back in 1989…

But at some point, this link got lost to time…. and it was found adrift on the internet, via. milliondollarhomepage.com. Back then it was linked via a tiny 30x10 pixel icon, that if clicked on, would take visitors here. But at some point in 2011, it got lost, and so, here to represent it, is the Unstable Gallery. A collection of the finest (and least fine) works of art, that were submitted in response to this tweet. Who knows, maybe more art will be added. Maybe not. But rest assured that the Unstable Gallery will be here, preserved, for as long as can be.

The Stables Gallery is one of Ireland's leading specialists in 20th-Century and Contemporary Irish Art.

Established in 1989, the Gallery was based in former stables at Ballywindland House, overlooking the Bann Valley, 4 miles from Ballymoney in Co.Antrim.

The Gallery comprised 5 spacious viewing rooms where clients choose from a wide variety of high-quality Irish paintings.
